Founder – EQlibrium Academy (Harley St Academy)

Natasha Gordana-Murray is the founder of EQlibrium Academy, known as Harley St Academy, where she provides advanced education for aesthetic practitioners in regenerative and non-surgical procedures.

Natasha originally began her career working with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions and sports injuries, developing a strong understanding of regenerative therapies and the body's natural ability to repair and restore itself.

This experience formed the foundation of her approach to aesthetics — focusing not only on appearance, but on tissue health, regeneration and structural longevity.

Her transition into aesthetics allowed her to combine advanced anatomical knowledge, regenerative science and physics-based treatment planning to create sophisticated treatment strategies that deliver natural, balanced and long-lasting results.

Natasha later undertook advanced training under maxillofacial specialists, further deepening her understanding of facial anatomy, structural ageing and surgical principles.

She is widely recognised for her expertise in PDO and PCL thread lifting, dermal fillers, regenerative aesthetics and advanced skin tightening procedures, and is the creator of the EQ Lift™, a signature non-surgical lifting technique.

Natasha is also known for her work with exosome-based regenerative therapies, specialising in the combination of radiofrequency microneedling with exosomes to stimulate collagen production, improve skin quality and support advanced regenerative outcomes.

Training & Credentials

Sarah continually advances her skills through elite training, including Russian and Butterfly Lips with Julia Clark and advanced PDO threads with Natasha Gordana-Murray (EQ Lift™).

Qualifications:
